Cookies & Creamy Chia Almond Berry Pudding


This chia pudding recipe is packed with all sorts of goodies: Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries and blueberries, chia seeds, almonds – and of course, Cookies & Creamy Shakeology.

All of these fresh, delicious flavors add up to create a delicious chia pudding that you can eat at home, on the go, and any time of the day.

Cookies & Creamy Chia Almond Berry Pudding

    cup / 120 ml
    unsweetened almond milk
  • 1
    scoop
    Cookies & Creamy Shakeology
  • 1
    Tablespoon.
    Chia seeds
  • ½
    tsp.
    pure almond extract

  • cup / 80g
    Reduced fat (2%) natural Greek yoghurt
  • ¼
    cup / 30g
    fresh raspberries
  • ¼
    cup / 35g
    fresh blueberries
  • 1
    Tablespoon.
    finely chopped unsalted almonds

  1. Add almond milk, shakeology, chia seeds and extract to a 16-oz. (450 mL) jar (or sealable container); stir until well combined and no lumps remain. seal jar.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

  3. Top with yoghurt, raspberries, blueberries and almonds just before serving.

  4. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
